How long does it take to visit the entire exhibition?
The recommended visit is 90 minutes long. However, you can remain in the building as long as you wish.

Do you have any discounts for the tickets?
At this time we have discounts for people with disabilities, reduced mobility, people under 12 and over 65 during the whole week.
We recommend you to take advantage of Monday, because is the IDEAL day and there are reduced prices for all.

Is the facility accessible for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility?
The venue is adapted to wheelchair circulation and people with reduced mobility.

Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets at the following link (https://tickets.sorollaexpo.com/en) or from the Sorolla reception desk – if there is availabilty. To see if there are tickets available before you get to Sorolla, you can check the online purchase page.

Can I leave and return on the same day with the same ticket?
The ticket has an entry hour, but not an exit hour. The ticket is valid for the entire day inside of the exhibition. You can’t leave the exhibition and come back in.

Can I cancel my ticket after purchasing it?
Due to purchase policy, NO changes or returns are made.

In which formats can I bring the tickets?
You can enter in the center with printed tickets or in digital format, provided that the barcode is displayed correctly.

I have purchased an online ticket, but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
It is recommended to check spam or junk mail. If you cannot find the confirmation email, check if the bank has made the payment. If so, you can provide your name and email address at the box office on the day of your visit to confirm your ticket and authorize access. If you prefer to receive it before, you can write to us at info@sorollaexpo.com and we will send it to you by mail in PDF format.

Is there any space I can leave my belongings?
No, we do not have cloakroom service.
